I abandoned the quest An Unexpected Message and lost the quest crystal. How do I get it back?If you abandoned the quest An Unexpected Message, you can pick it back up from the original questgiver, Meryl Felstorm, in the Hall of the Guardian. You can reach the hall using your teleport spell.
If Meryl is not in the Hall of the Guardian when you try to find him, contact us for assistance.
