- I can't pick up the quest The Smoking Gun from Flynn Fairwind, he's not offering it
The Smoking Gun is the second quest in the Tiragarde Sound zone questline. It follows the quest Tiragarde Sound, which you can pick up from the Scouting Map in the Boralus Harbormaster's Office when your character is eligible. If your character has started either of the other zone storylines, Drustvar or Stormsong Valley, they must complete the questline achievement for the specific zone before being eligible to start Tiragarde Sound from the scouting map.
