If you can't read the captcha:
- Click on the option to ask for a new captcha until you find one you can read
- Zoom in the captcha image —hold the CTRL key and use the mouse wheel
If you receive an error that the captcha is wrong:
- Make sure your caps lock is off
- If you have configured multiple languages for your keyboard, make sure you are typing in the right language
- Clear the cache and cookies in your browser or try a different browser
