The desktop app failed to communicate with the Update Agent, which is required to install, update, launch, and uninstall Blizzard games.

  1. Please try restarting the app. If that doesn't work, try restarting your computer.
  2. Update or temporarily uninstall any security programs, which may mistakenly identify the login module as a security threat.
  3. Uninstalling and reinstalling the App may resolve rare launcher issues.
