Common Problems
- I see a red X on one of my Hearthstone decks.
- Error: "The selected deck is not valid for this game mode".
- My deck greyed out with error "not usable".
You will receive this error if one or more of the cards in your deck were disenchanted or moved to Wild Format. You may also receive this error if you attempted to import a deck from a deck builder website via a copy/paste code, as these codes may include invalid cards.
You must replace any disenchanted or Wild Format cards in the deck before you can use it or create your deck manually. If the missing card was disenchanted, crafting it again will also resolve this problem.
Note: The Death Knight Class decks are not playable until you complete the prologue mission to unlock the Death Knight hero class.
