Pop-Up Window For Completing In-Game Purchase Closing Unexpectedly
Common Problems
- I was trying to purchase a token but the "Processing" window closed within a second and didn't complete
- My boost won't go through, the processing window just automatically closes without finishing the transaction
If you are attempting a purchase from the in-game shop and you aren't able to finish it because the purchase window disappears almost immediately, try the following steps:
- Manually disable any overlays that you may have active. These typically are included with non-Blizzard group chat, streaming, or gaming video programs
- Update or uninstall programs for gaming peripherals that may be running on your computer
