If you are attempting a purchase from the in-game shop and you aren't able to finish it because the purchase window disappears almost immediately, try the following steps:

  • Manually disable any overlays that you may have active. These typically are included with non-Blizzard group chat, streaming, or gaming video programs
  • Update or uninstall programs for gaming peripherals that may be running on your computer
