Common Problems
- The in-game help menu is blank
- My help menu is just a solid color without any text or options
If you are unable to see in-game help content due to the window being blank, black, brown, or blue, the following troubleshooting usually resolves this issue:

If you're using a VPN, try removing it.
- Ensure the game is installed on your C: drive. In particular ensure you are not using Symlink or Windows Junction to store game files
- Ensure that the IP being used is not shared among multiple devices

Some crashes are caused by Overlay Incompatibilities if they aren't fully updated. If updating doesn't help, try disabling or uninstalling these programs.
