Didn't Receive Items from Call of Duty: Warzone - Starter Pack
Common Problems
- Where are my Starter Pack Items?
- I haven't received the COD points from my starter pack.
In-game items and points can take up to 12 hours to be available in-game after purchase.
Log in to your Transaction History and check your order status. You will only receive your items if your order status is Complete. Points will be removed from your account if your payment was charged back.
