Can't Gift Upgrade from Shadowlands Heroic Edition to Epic Edition
Common Problems
- I can't gift the Shadowlands Epic Edition items for my friend who owns basic Shadowlands
- I can gift digital items for Legion but I can't gift them for Shadowlands
The stand-alone Shadowlands Heroic and Epic upgrades are not giftable.
If you would like to gift someone that already owns Shadowlands an upgrade, and you are both in the same region, you can gift them Blizzard Balance instead. Once the Balance is received, your friend can purchase the upgrade themselves.
