- I clicked Jenafur but didn't get the pet
- I don't have Jenafur but I can't get the meat or do the puzzle
The number of battlepets you may have is capped to 1000/1500/2000 depending on achievement progress/purchase This event can only be done once and if you are capped you will not receive the pet. If that has happened you will need to lower the number of pets you own or raise your cap (Check community resources for how to do so) then once you have room, contact Customer Support directly for additional assistance with the event.
