Demon Hunter Throw Glaive Rank 2 Not Triggering

- Demon Hunter Throw Glaive Rank 2 not triggering and not being added to the spellbook for players. The in-game system message informs that level 19 is needed and to visit a trainer to get it.
We are currently aware of an issue where the Demon Hunter "Throw Glaive" Rank 2 ability is not triggering and not being added to the spellbook. We do not currently have a workaround and are working on a solution.
In the meantime please keep leveling your Demon Hunter as the problem is possibly related to a tooltip issue and the spell will be granted at a higher level.
