Common Problems
- I can't see the portal back to Boralus in Silithus.
- I can't see the portal back to Dazar'alor in Silithus.
If you are unable to see the portal in Silithus back to Boralus or Dazar'alor, or the portal to Silithis from Boralus or Dazar'alor, you may not have progressed far enough in the Battle for Azeroth story.
Requirements:
- You must be level 50 to unlock your Heart of Azeroth.
- Alliance players need to complete A Nation Divided.
- Horde players need to complete We Need Each Other.
If you complete these quests and still can't see the portal, you may also need to complete the Nazjatar introduction quests and the Empowering the Heart storyline through A Friendly Face.
If you still can't see the portal, you may need to speak to Zidormi to change the phase in Silithus to the current timeline.
