Common Problems
- I claimed my beta key but I can't download the beta client
If you claimed a beta key but are not able to see the beta access in your Blizzard Battle.net Desktop App WoW tab Versions dropdown, try the following steps:
- Reset your password
- Uninstall the Blizzard Battle.net Desktop App and reinstall it
- Wait until after the next weekly maintenance and check again
If the above steps don't work, reach out in the WOW forums for your region for assistance.
