Common Problems
The Battle.net desktop app can't launch the Battle.net Agent or AgentSwitcher, which are required to install, update, and run Blizzard games. Permission conflicts or file corruption can cause this error to display.

Delete the Battle.net Tools folder to automatically rebuild outdated or corrupt files.

Run the Battle.net Desktop App in Administrator Mode to address many installation, patching, networking, and start-up errors.

Try closing background applications to resolve any software conflicts.
