Can 't Obtain Quest "As The Smoke Rises" in Talador

We have received multiple reports of this issue and can confirm it is not working as intended. This is a breadcrumb quest, and it is not tied to any other quest chains, and has no prerequisites. If you have already completed Burning Sky or have that quest in your quest log, you will not be able to pick up As the Smoke Rises.
