Can't Turn In Abyssal Scepters for Cenarion Circle Reputation

- Bor Wildmane won't accept Abyssal Scepter turn-ins
To turn in Abyssal Scepters to Bor Wildmane for Cenarion Circle reputation, you will need to first meet the prerequisite requirements for the repeatable quest:
- Be level 60
- Be Revered or higher with Cenarion Circle
- Complete the unlock quest starting with Goldleaf's Discovery
