No Credit for Quest - Someone Else's Hard Work Pays Off
Common Problems
- I didn't get credit for escorting Cryo-Engineer Sha'heen to the end of the Mana-Tombs
- My group got credit for escorting Sha'heen in Mana-Tombs but I didn't
We have received reports that this quest is not working properly and are investigating. We do not currently have a resolution that can be provided.
We recommend the following troubleshooting tips if you are having trouble completing the quest:
- Make sure you do not die while attempting this quest. If you do, you will not get credit
- Stay close to Cryo-Engineer Sha'heen at all times during this quest. If you get too far away, the escort will fail for you but complete for players who stayed close to the NPC
- Make sure you have completed the quest Safety is Job One and turned it in before you start the escort quest or you will not receive credit for the escort
