Mouse Cursor Jumps Back

Common Problems

  • The mouse pointer snaps back to the center of the screen
  • The mouse cursor freezes or follows with lag, then goes back to where it was
  • The cursor is stuck in a position, wherever I click, it goes back to the original position

This is a known issue with patch 8.3.7 and the developers are looking into it. In the meantime, some players were able to resolve this issue by enabling or disabling raw mouse input.

  • Type /console rawMouseEnable 1 into your chat box and press enter.
  • If this does not work, reverse the change by typing /console rawMouseEnable 0 into your chat box and pressing enter

Customer Support cannot assist with this issue. If the workaround doesn't help please wait for a fix in-game.
