Common Problems
- I completed Torghast Layer 9, and didn't receive any Soul Cinders.
Like Soul Ash, Soul Cinders are looted from the floor 5 boss once defeated.
If you aren't able to loot your Soul Cinders, your character will receive them on their next login. However, it will not be delivered by the Postmaster - it will automatically be added to your currencies. There should be a message in your chat log that you received the Soul Cinders this way.
Soul Cinders can not be recovered by Customer Support.
