Didn't Get Credit For Quest - Trial of the Naaru: Tenacity
Common Problems
- We killed the last boss in heroic Arcatraz but didn't get credit for Trial of the Naaru: Tenacity
- Millhouse Manastorm was still alive when we killed Harbinger Skyriss but our group didn't get credit
In order to receive credit for Trial of the Naaru: Tenacity, all of the following must be true when you kill Harbinger Skyriss in The Arcatraz:
- Your character must have the quest in their quest log before killing Skyriss
- Dungeon must be completed on heroic difficulty
- Your character must be on the tap and threat list for the kill
- Millhouse Manastorm must survive the fight
- If your character dies, you must not release before either the fight is completed or Millhouse dies
There are no known bugs with this quest. Customer Support does not assist with providing quest credit.
