Diablo II: Resurrected - This Character is Already in a Game on the Server
Common Problems
- Failed to enter game. This character is already in a game on the server. Please try again.
- I can't join or create games in Diablo II: Resurrected
- I get a black screen when trying to load into a game because one of my characters is stuck online.
Characters who disconnect from the game unexpectedly for any reason may temporarily become stuck online. The server should automatically remove any characters who become stuck within an hour. Please wait an hour and try logging in again. If you receive this error message for longer than an hour, you can post on the technical support forums for more help.
