Can't Complete Quest - In The House of Light and Shadow
Common Problems
- I use the Tear of Elune and fall through the floor. This makes it so I can't complete the quest.
- I should see a cinematic when using the Tear of Elune, but instead I fall through the floor.
We have received reports from players experiencing issues with not being able to view the cutscene for the quest In the House of Light and Shadow.
If this is happening to your character, make sure that you have disabled skipping cutscenes for your character in AddOns, then try again. If that doesn't fix the issue for your character, contact us.
