Common Problems
- I have packs but can't open them
- I can't open my packs, I'm missing the Merchant Cart
NORMAL PACKS
Packs cannot be opened until their associated expansion launches. The packs will have a message in-game saying that they will be available in a certain month, but you will not be able to open them before the launch date during that month.
MERCENARIES PACKS
To open Mercenaries packs you have to complete the tutorial introduction to the Mercenaries game mode. Once you build the Merchant Cart and grab the free pack, you will be able to open all your Mercenaries packs.
