Spectral Sight Still Shows Red Outline After Being Glyphed

After using the glyph by by Spectral Sight, enemies still have a red outlineThis issue is very likely caused by an addon setting change. This is usually an issue with the spell overlay. Resetting UI has been shown to change everything back to the intended colors.
