Shadowghast Waistguard Missing Ranks Option When Crafting

- As a Blacksmith my crafting UI does not have ranks for Shadowghast Waistguard. I had all the ranks before and now they are not even displayed.
- I can only create a Shadowgast Waistguard as rank 1.
