Common Problems

  • The Desktop App Beta doesn't work for me

If you are having problems with the Beta version of the Desktop App, please follow our instructions for troubleshooting Desktop App Crashes.

If that does not help, you may want to switch back to the standard version of the App:

  1. Click the icon in the top left of the App
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Beta
  4. Click the Switch to Standard version button
  5. Confirm by clicking Yes, and restart the app once the download is complete
