Customer Support cannot grant Alpha or Beta access.
If you pre-order Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II digitally from Battle.net, the beta access will automatically be added to your Battle.net account and you will be able to download the beta client as soon as it becomes available. You do not need to redeem any code.
If you pre-order through a retailer, the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II early beta access code will be printed on the retail receipt or sent to you via email on an online receipt. If you didn't receive an early access beta code or can't locate it, please contact your retailer.
