Upgrade Available After Having Already Purchased Overwatch 2: Watchpoint Pack

Common Problems

  • I already purchased Watchpoint, but the store/Overwatch page is telling me "upgrade available".
  • I'm logging into the correct Battle.net Account but it's still saying I need to buy Overwatch 2: Watchpoint Pack.

We have received multiple reports of this issue and are currently investigating it. Currently, we do not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided.

In the meantime, these steps may help:

  1. Make sure you are logging into the correct Battle.net Account (the one where the purchase was made).
  2. You can view your Transaction History and make sure the purchase shows as Completed.
  3. Try logging into a different browser or clear your browser's cache/cookies.
  4. Log out of the Battle.net App and log back in.
  5. Clear the Battle.net App Files.
  6. Clear the Battle.net App Cache Folder.
  7. Report the issue as a display Bug.
