If you buy a copy, please make sure you buy it for the right region. You will not be able to claim a collector's code if you buy it for the wrong region. If you play on American realms, you must buy your copy on the American Blizzard Gear Store. If you play in European realms, you must buy your copy on the European Gear Store.
