Common Problems
- I upgraded my Gem but it disappeared and didn't give me a higher level Gem.
- My Legendary Gem disappeared.
- I socketed a Legendary gem and it vanished.
Our developers have investigated reports regarding this issue and have not identified any bugs. We encourage players to explore various resources, such as online guides, or discuss the matter with other players on our forums.
Customer Support are unable to replace potentially missing items or Gems within Diablo: Immortal.
If you discover a new issue or if you have further information about a potential unverified bug, please visit the Diablo Immortal forums (English only) to report a bug in Diablo Immortal. Customer Support cannot accept submissions.
