Common Problems
- I just bought Runestones for Hearthstone but my client won't let me use them.
- I can't make in-game purchases using Runestones
- The item I want in the in-game shop cannot be purchased with Runestones
Runestones will not show up in-game if you purchased them on the website with your game open, you'll need to restart the game. In addition, not all products can be purchased with Runestones. Some can only be purchased using real money or gold.
If you have confirmed the above and still cannot use Runestones, you may have Parental Control restrictions on your Battle.net account. This can prevent the purchasing or spending of Runestones. For information on altering or removing these settings, see this article.
