One of the Blizzard Agent's backup files is missing or corrupted and the Blizzard Agent can't recover itself as a result.

  1. Run the repair tool to repair any damaged game files.
  2. Run ScanDisk and defragment your hard drive to try to repair any bad sectors.
    Note: Do not defragment a Solid State Drive (SSD).
