Didn't Receive Overwatch 2 Premium Battle Pass

Common Problems

  • I purchased the Premium Battle Pass with Overwatch Coins. The coins disappeared, but the Premium BP is still locked
  • I unlocked the Premium Battle Pass but the special rewards aren't available

If you have purchased the Premium Battle Pass and see that the coins were spent, try the following troubleshooting to update your client:

  1. Log out of the Overwatch 2 game client completely
  2. If on PC, log out of the Battle.net Desktop App
  3. Log back into Overwatch 2
  4. Change your Battle.net account password

If you recently placed the order, ensure at least 24 hours has passed for the order to process. If the order has still not been delivered, contact Customer Support.
