Common Problems
- The event is active but I can't buy a skin from it on Overwatch 2
- I cannot buy any cosmetics on Overwatch 2
Some cosmetics are not always available in the shop. For example, even if the appropriate event is active, a legendary skin may only be available in the shop at certain times.
Additionally, if you cannot buy any cosmetic on your account, some restrictions may be in place:
- The parental control feature could be active on your account
- Overwatch 2 in-game purchases are subject to regional restrictions
- There is a pending account console merge to your Battle.net account. Check this article for more information
