Overwatch 2 Battle Pass Tier Skips Not Delivered After Purchase

If you initiated a purchase for Battle Pass Tier Skips and the coins were removed from your account, try the following troubleshooting to update your client:

1. Log out of the Overwatch 2 game client completely
   • If on PC, log out of the Battle.net Desktop App
2. Log back into Overwatch 2
3. Reset your Battle.net account password

If the steps above do not resolve the issue, submit a bug report in the Overwatch forums so that the game team can investigate.

Note: Tier Skips can't be applied towards prestige tiers. Any skips obtained after level 80 will be automatically redeemed at launch of the following season.
