- I am standing at the "?", but cannot hand in this quest.
- Chief Telemancer Oculeth is not in the portal room.
If you cannot complete this quest because Chief Telemancer Oculeth is not in The Great Seal, make sure you have progressed through the Battle for Azeroth introduction to unlock the portal room.
