- I replaced my duplicate card for another copy by mistake.
- I used the pop up to replace my duplicate Signature card, can that be reversed?
If you own a disenchantable/craftable card (Golden or Normal), and you then receive a non-disenchantable version of the same card (Diamond or Signature) you will receive a popup offering to reroll your existing normal or golden copy for free, with a card from the same set, rarity, and quality.
Once you have rerolled, this process cannot be reversed, and Customer Support will not assist. You can disenchant the card(s) you received as part of the reroll and can re-craft the card relinquished.
