Common Problems

  • I am unable to login using the approve button. 
  • The single click-button gives an error.

Ensure your App settings are correct:

  1. Open the Settings
  2. Select Authenticator 
  3. Select Notifications 
  4. Set show preview to always
If you are still unable to use the one-click approval you can open the App and enter the code manually.
