Overwatch 2 Steam Purchase Not Delivered

Make sure you have the correct Steam account linked to your Battle.net account.

Orders can take up to 24 hours to be delivered. Additionally, periodically restart your Overwatch 2 game client.

If you need to submit a receipt for any purpose, ensure both your Steam Account name and Steam Profile name are visible. To do this, navigate to the Steam Desktop App, click on your Steam profile name on the top right corner, select Account Details: (Steam Account name), select View Purchase History, select the desired purchase.

Then take a screenshot where the Transaction ID, payment method and date of the transaction are  shown along with the Steam Account name and Steam Profile name.
