Screen Resolution and Aspect Ratio Troubleshooting

Common Problems

  • Cannot set the display to 21:9
  • Unable to set higher aspect ratio
  • I see black borders to each side of the screen even while in full screen

To ensure the game runs smoothly, we recommend that you set your screen resolution and aspect ratio to default. Please Reset Video Drivers and Reset In-Game Options to default.

If you want to run the game on a different resolution, Customer Support cannot assist with custom configurations.

Please note that the following games do not support ultra-wide: StarCraft, StarCraft II, Heroes of the Storm, and Diablo III.
