Did Not Receive In-game Items from Diablo IV Expansion

Common Problems

  • I purchased Diablo® IV: Vessel of Hatred but didn't get the rewards
  • I can't find the Nahantu Veilwalker Spiritborn Armor
  • I got the Ultimate Edition but I can't find my pet or my mount

Depending on which Diablo IV expansion bundle you purchased, you will receive different in-game items on purchase:

  • Diablo® IV: Vessel of Hatred™ - Deluxe Edition: Includes all instant-unlock items from the Standard edition as well as Hratli, Canine Pet​*; Nahantu War-Cat Mount and Armor Bundle; and One Premium Battle Pass Token. Nahantu Veilwalker Spiritborn Armor will unlock when Vessel of Hatred is released.
  • Diablo® IV: Vessel of Hatred™ - Ultimate Edition: Includes all instant-unlock items from the Deluxe Edition plus 3,000 Platinum; Natalya, Tiger Pet*; Nahantu Unearthed Armor Bundle​ (5 class armor sets); Wings of the Faith Cosmetic; Nahantu Themed Town Portal. Nahantu Veilwalker Spiritborn Armor will unlock when Vessel of Hatred is released.
  • Diablo® IV Expansion BundleDiablo® IV: Vessel of Hatred™ - Standard Edition: These purchases do not offer any in-game items.
*Pet and mount items must be unlocked through gameplay before they will be accessible by the individual character.
