- I'm no longer able to play Warcraft 3 on my Mac after a patch

Most issues for Mac users being unable to play Warcraft III: Reforged have been resolved. If they are not resolved immediately when you log in after installing the patch, please uninstall the game, then reinstall it.
We are aware that after the recent patch to resolve the issues for Mac players that some are receiving the error "There was an error in handling the request. 6:9." We are continuing to investigate the issues but do not have a workaround at this time if reinstalling the game does not fix the issue.
