How Does My Friend Put in a Ticket if They Can't Log In?
Common Problems
- My friend needs help, he is stuck
- My friend doesn't know how to open a ticket
- My friend cannot log in
If your friend is unable to log in, he/she can still put in a ticket!
- Go to the Battle.net Login page
- Click on "Can't Log In"
- Click on the appropriate category
- Enter email if prompted, then click on 'Contact Customer Support'
- Choose your channel for support (note that live options will only be available when live channels are open for your region).
