Common Problems
- I didn't receive any competitive points after the end of a season
- Won a match and didn't get the competitive points
To be eligible for Competitive Points, you must have won at least 15 matches in Competitive Play (Role or Open Queue) during the previous season. A challenge is granted upon winning 15 Competitive matches during a single season.
Customer Support is unable to investigate this issue and manually grant Competitive Points. Please submit any bug report using the Overwatch 2 Bug Report Forum.
