- I completed the Nexus Challenge but I am unable to use the Oni Genji skin on console

The Oni Genji skin was a reward for the first week of the Nexus Challenge 2.0. This event is no longer active, and it is no longer possible to obtain this skin. Additionally, in Overwatch 2, this skin is not available for Console play. It is only available to those Battle.net accounts that completed this Heroes of the Storm quest series during the Nexus Challenge event, or those accounts that received it from a loot box.
Game Masters are unable to grant this skin. If you are missing your Oni Genji skin after the Overwatch 2 merge, please ensure you are logged into the correct Battle.net account that earned it.
