- Unable to pick up items that my friends drop
- Error: "You cannot use this feature until payment for your digital purchase of Diablo III has been verified. Payment verification can take up to 72 hours."
Starter Edition accounts cannot pick up items dropped by friends.
If you have recently purchased Diablo III in the Blizzard Shop, please note that Diablo III Starter Edition restrictions will remain in place until payment is complete. This may take up to 72 hours.
