Battle.net Item Restoration

Keywords:

You can use Battle.net Item Restoration to recover sold, destroyed, or disenchanted items. In most cases, you’ll receive the restoration in your in-game mailbox immediately.

If you can’t find a toy item or a raw crafting material, be sure to check your toy box and resource tab before you use item restoration. To recover a deleted character, use character undelete in-game.

Note: If items were sold, destroyed, or disenchanted during a recent compromise, please submit a ticket.

Restrictions

If you have an active World of Warcraft account in good standing (not locked or banned), you may use item restoration once every 30 days.

You can’t use item restoration to recover items lost through trade, crafting, and use. If an item doesn’t appear on the list, it isn’t available for restoration.

Note: The restoration list doesn’t show items that were sold, destroyed, or disenchanted before a Faction Change or Character Transfer.

Disenchanted Items

When you use item restoration to recover a disenchanted item, the system will enter a ticket for you so Customer Support can review the situation. During the review process, we’ll remove materials you gained from disenchanting the item. If we can’t find the materials, we won’t be able to restore the disenchanted item.
