Breaking News: WoW Classic Beta & Stress Test FAQ
If you have been invited to participate in either the Classic Beta or the Stress Test, you should receive an email letting you know. Be sure to check your spam filters and junk folder. The email does not contain a beta/test code, the targeted accounts will be flagged for the participation of either the Stress Test or the WoW Classic Beta when the invite is sent.
Any account flagged to participate in the WoW Classic Beta or the Classic WoW Stress Test will have the option to install the client through the Battle.net Desktop App.
Note: If you are invited to participate in the Classic WoW Stress Test, you may be able to see additional servers listed in the client. However, the account will only be able to access the stress test realm during the listed times that are specified in the Stress Test invitation emails.

In order to be invited to participate in the WoW Classic Beta or the initial WoW Classic Stress Test you must have opted in. If you have not already opted in for a chance to participate in the Beta/Stress Test, you can do so here. Note that you must have active game time (either a recurring subscription or non-recurring game time) to participate in any WoW Classic test.
Please be aware that Customer Support does not have the ability to grant Beta or Stress Test access, and as such will be unable to verify whether an account has access to either the Beta or the Stress Tests themselves.

The option to download the ‘Beta & Stress Test: WoW Classic’ will be available in the Desktop App if an account is flagged for either the WoW Classic Beta or the Classic WoW Stress Test. An account that is flagged specifically for the Stress Test will only be able to access the test stress realm within the game client during the test.
