If the method of payment has been blocked due to a chargeback, please use an alternate payment method. The “Accepted payment methods” article has details on payment options that can be used.  

For instance, if you are not able to use your Direct Debit / SEPA method of payment anymore; you can setup a Paypal account and attach your bank account to it. You will then be able to use your Paypal account as a new method of payment.
