Heroes of the Storm® Closed Beta Troubleshooting
There might be a delay in delivery of the Founder's Pack. If you purchased the Founder's Pack and didn't receive the in-game items immediately please wait 15 minutes and try logging back into the game client. If your Founder's Pack order timed out, and you're unable to re-attempt the purchase, log out of Battle.net completely then login and try again. If you were able to install Heroes of the Storm but the Play button is grey, try the following: Perform a password reset and try again. Make sure the Region dropdown is set to the region you purchased the Founder's Pack for, and try again. Antivirus programs can block access to Heroes of the Storm. Try disabling your antivirus if you get stuck on the Connecting screen after launching the game.
